How Quicken Check Printing Works
Quicken includes a built-in check writing and printing feature. The workflow is straightforward:
- Enter the transaction in Quicken
- Go to File, Print Forms, then Checks
- Select the bank account
- Confirm the checks queued for printing
- Load your check stock and click Print
Quicken populates the payee name, dollar amount, date, check number, and memo field automatically from the transaction you entered. The check stock is already printed with your bank details. You sign the output and it is done.
